This is my very first commissioned crocheted baby blanket!...and I just had to share. This is how the story goes...I usually give a crocheted or quilted baby blanket for showers. For the last shower I attended in November, I crocheted a lay mat (which I created) for the mother-to-be. One of her friends contacted me to see if I could make a Batman themed blanket. EEK....I've never tried my hand at a design but knew that I could crochet and follow a pattern. So my quest began with finding a pattern. After finding a pattern and looking over the instructions....I committed to doing it! And here it goes....
